Remotai helps you work remotely with AI agents on your computers and servers: run tasks, see terminals and open project files. This page describes data processing in the application and cloud service.
With a cloud connection, the Remotai server transmits traffic between authorized devices via TLS. Terminal contents, commands, files, screen frames, clicks, and clipboards are not saved as product analytics. The transmitted content of a remote session is not saved by the relay after delivery. Local logs and terminal history on your machine can be saved separately from the cloud.
Agents run on a connected machine. The AI service you choose can receive tasks and project data according to its own rules. His account and payment are separate from Remotai. When connecting directly via a local network, session traffic does not pass through the Remotai cloud relay.
Advertising pixels and advertising cookies are not used. Application settings and login information may be stored locally on your browser or device.
The cloud stores the above data for account operation, access, payment and support. Backups may contain previously deleted entries during the recovery period. Deleting an app from your phone or computer does not in itself delete your cloud account.
You can unlink the device in the application, change your receipt email in your personal account and contact support for access to data or deletion of your account. Payment records may be retained for mandatory retention periods.
