Public offer to use the Remotai service

This document is a public offer (offer to conclude an agreement) of an individual entrepreneur Evgeniy Nikolaevich Vaulin (hereinafter referred to as the “Executor”) to any legally capable person (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) about the use of the Remotai service under the conditions set out below. Payment for access or use of the service means full and unconditional acceptance of these conditions (acceptance) in in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1. What is a service

Remotai is a program for computer (Windows, macOS, Linux) and an application for phone and browser, which provide remote access to command line AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Kimi Code and others), terminals, files and the screen of the User’s computer. The AI agents themselves and subscriptions to them Not provided by the contractor: The user installs them and pays for them from their developers himself.

2. Free and paid parts

• Locally - free and without time limits. Working with terminals, AI agents, files and your computer screen, including managing it on one local network, available without payment. Working with servers is a paid part.
• Servers and Cloud - by subscription. The paid part includes built-in SSH/SFTP, port forwarding and other server connections, as well as access through the Contractor’s cloud server (hereinafter referred to as “Cloud”): connection to your computers via the Internet, notifications and PC → PC access. Server functions are also paid when connecting from a local network. VPS rental and AI provider accounts are not included in the Remotai subscription.
• Trial period. One total 30-day trial begins on first use server functions or Cloud and gives access to the “Pro” tariff. Registration and viewing status the sample is not run. A bank card is not required for the trial period.

3. Tariffs and prices

Prices are indicated in rubles and are not subject to VAT (the Contractor applies a special tax regime). Current prices and tariff composition are published on tariffs page and in personal office; The price change does not affect the term already paid.

4. Payment

• Payment is accepted through the payment service YuKassa (LLC NPO YuMoney) using the Fast Payment System or by bank card. Card data is not transferred to the Contractor.
• Payment is made 30 days in advance. There are no automatic debits: extension The user performs it himself in his personal account. When renewing before the end of the paid period, a new 30 days are added to its end.
• The cash receipt is sent to the email specified by the User when paying (Federal Law No. 54-FZ).
• Access to the tariff opens automatically after confirmation of payment by the payment service, usually within a few minutes.

5. Return

If paid access was not opened due to the Contractor’s fault or the service did not work due to a failure on the side Contractor for more than 24 hours in a row, the User has the right to demand a refund for unused days. The appeal is sent via in-app support or by email mail indicated below with the payment number; the refund is made in the same way as it was made payment within 10 working days. Failure to use paid access for reasons beyond the control of The Contractor is not the basis for the return, unless otherwise provided by law.

6. Responsibilities and restrictions

• The user connects to the service only computers that he has the right to dispose of and bears responsibility for the actions of AI agents and commands executed on its computers through the service.
• It is prohibited to use the service to access other people’s devices without the permission of their owners, for sending spam, malware and other illegal activities.
• The Contractor ensures the operation of the Cloud, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, depending on the connection, operating system and third-party AI services of the User. Terminals, files and screen are transferred between are not stored on the User’s devices or in the Cloud - more details in privacy policy.
• The Contractor has the right to change the service and terms of the offer by publishing a new version on this page. The new edition is valid for payments made after its publication.

7. Responsibility

The Contractor's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current paid period. The Contractor is not responsible for the results of the work of AI agents, for their decisions and for data changed or deleted by agents on behalf of the User.
